Psychological Training: Spreading Happiness to Others

At Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature, university psychologist N. To‘xtayeva organized an extensive roundtable discussion and psychological training session titled “Spreading Positive Energy and Sharing Happiness with Others.” The event brought together a wide range of participants - first-year students, active club members, and learners from low-income families who were offered an opportunity to access emotional support and developmental activities free of charge.

The primary aim of the training was to foster a healthy psychological environment among students, encourage emotional closeness, improve peer relationships, and help young people cope with stress more effectively. The session focused on developing positive thinking, inner balance, and emotional expression - key components needed for students to maintain mental well-being and succeed academically.

Throughout the training, students engaged in a variety of interactive exercises, including group games, partner activities, reflection sessions, and psychological tasks designed to enhance self-awareness and communication. These activities encouraged participants to speak openly, share experiences, and build supportive connections within the group. Many students noted that the friendly environment allowed them to express their thoughts and emotions without hesitation, helping them better understand themselves and others.

During the discussion part of the event, psychologist N. To‘xtayeva delivered practical and meaningful advice on topics such as the influence of positive energy on human psychology, the importance of creating a supportive atmosphere in social settings, and the value of communication built on respect, kindness, and empathy. She emphasized that maintaining a positive environment not only improves personal well-being but also strengthens group unity and academic motivation.

As the training approached its conclusion, students continued to participate with high enthusiasm. The creative segment of the session - handcrafting bracelets inspired by natural elements - added a refreshing artistic touch, allowing participants to relax, express creativity, and enjoy a moment of peace. This hands-on activity contributed to emotional grounding and helped reinforce the values of mindfulness and concentration.

Overall, the event generated a wave of positive energy, joy, and psychological relief among the students. Participants reported feeling emotionally refreshed, motivated, and encouraged to approach both their studies and daily life with renewed optimism. The training successfully contributed to strengthening students’ emotional resilience, promoting healthy communication, and supporting the well-being of all participants, including those from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.
