THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS ON DECENT WORK AT TSUULL
Recently, Alisher Navo'i Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature welcomed the representatives of government organisations, namely Deputy Prosecutor H. Mirsaitov, the Head of the Tashkent State Internal Affairs R. Sultankhodjayev, Mayor of Yakkasaroy district Sh. Taslimov. The event was attended by about 300 students. The process was directly related to the employment of students, their future job, and assistance in finding a permanent source of income. The meeting was attended not only by students of our university, but also students of all higher education institutions living in Yakkasaray district. During the event, many young people asked for practical help and advice in order to start their own business. Officials will study the students' proposals and provide them with practical assistance. It should be noted that university reperesentatives are doing their best, but with today’s emphasis on high stakes testing, the tightening of academic standards, and fierce competition for university and labour market seats, practical skills require much more hard effort. Moreover, this meeting can drive progress, create decent jobs for all and improve living standards for students.
