Student Trainees Enhance Their Pedagogical Skills During Classroom Practice
On October 6, 2025, Shokir Khalilov, Head of the Student Internship Department at TSUULL, together with senior specialist Khairulla Rajabov and internship supervisor Saodat Qambarova, visited Secondary School No. 319 under the Department of Preschool and School Education of Yakkasaroy District, Tashkent.
The visit aimed to observe student trainees in classroom activities and assess their professional readiness, methodological approach, and teaching competencies. University representatives closely examined the work of 4th-year trainees, including their lesson organization and use of methods designed to enhance student engagement.
The trainees successfully applied the knowledge and experience gained from their mentors, implementing modern approaches in teaching Uzbek language and literature. They organized lessons using interactive methods, fostering independent thinking and increasing students’ interest in literature.

During the visit, specialists evaluated the trainees’ participation, responsibility, and approach to students. The ability of trainees to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application and conduct lessons using modern methodologies was particularly commended.
Specialists also discussed the importance of pedagogical culture, responsibility, creativity, and effective communication with students, providing practical recommendations to further improve teaching practice.

At the conclusion of the visit, trainees received guidance on developing their teaching skills under mentor supervision, continuous self-improvement, and broad application of modern educational approaches. The visit served as an important stage for trainees, offering both professional experience and the opportunity to demonstrate their pedagogical potential.
