Professional Development Courses for Ministry of Defense Personnel Launched at TSUULL
In accordance with the Presidential Decree PQ-3898 on Fundamentally Improving the System for Enhancing the Moral and Educational Level of the Armed Forces Personnel of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Concept for Increasing the Effectiveness of Moral and Educational Work in the Armed Forces, TSUULL has organized professional development courses for military officers and specialists engaged in moral and educational work within the Ministry of Defense.
The university provides sufficient academic capacity and material-technical resources to support these courses. A 14-day intensive program has been launched for officers and regional specialists to strengthen their expertise in moral and educational activities.
The main objective of the course is to broaden participants’ understanding of Uzbekistan’s role in the global political system, develop critical and impartial thinking skills, and enhance the ability to analyze socio-political changes in the country.

Starting October 13, 2025, officers and specialists from moral and educational divisions were enrolled in the program and began their 14-day training sessions.
