Speaker: Adrien Houguet is a Franco-German PhD specialized in the field of cultural diplomacy. He is currently a visiting professor at Webster University in Tashkent and a research fellow at the French Institute for Central Asian Studies. His research primarily focuses on the artistic activities of French and German cultural institutes, particularly within the post-Soviet region. Furthermore, he is a published poet.
